the beds were comfy. the shower was class. i found the breakfast nice too (especially the pancakes!). the location is great for getting around the city. i would definitely recommend it.

the hotel has good bus service available. it is close to plaza de las ventas. the subway is about a ten minute walk. you won't hear any road traffic.

the receptionists were very helpful. they offered us maps. they also gave public transport advice and directions. the staff is very friendly and efficient. i found them to be helpful too.

the location was convenient. a bus stop was just outside, and a metro station was within 200 meters. the breakfast selection was extensive. (it had a lot of options.) the staff members were friendly and professional.

the room temperature was too cold. it was uncomfortable to use my laptop at night. i learned the heating system was not yet activated for the season. the toilet was old, and the ventilation was poor. there was some damage to the tiles.

pretty bathroom nice staff great location

the room was very clean and featured a pretty bathroom. the staff was nice. the location provided easy access to gran via, santiago bernabeu stadium, and the airport.

i wish the room was a little soundproof. you can hear everything next door such as when they turn on the shower.
